relationship with the cost centers in sap fico

Hi FICO gurus,

I have a requirement to make 1 active profit center, lets say s1 into 4 profit centers, lets say s1,s2,s3,s4. This would then give a 1:1 relationship with the cost centers.

My question, is understanding the issues relating to the data already assigned to s1 which would now be relevant to s2, s3, s4.

I would appreciate if someone could highlight those issues.

I do not think it would be possible. Coz there would be one to one relation ship between Cost Centers and Profit Centers.

I think it could be possible... Just add new master data for PCA and CCA in your system.

You only need these PC's and CC's in your CO reporting?

In that case you can try using transaction KB11n. (Make a CATT for automatic upload if there is many lines to be reposted.)

Mind you: reconciliation with FI will be incorrect if you post the corrections this way.
