"Profit center"/"Plant" field in custome
Question: I am trying to add a "profit center" column to my customers line item display. A profit center field is available in SPRO but no information appears in this field when included in a display variant. I have also tried the "plant" field but no success either. Are these fields simply not populated in FI or is there a simpler way?

FI-AR LIs get Pr.Ctr from the offsetting account in the FI document, in the period closing. Then, after FI-AR/AP will be transferred to the PCA during the month end, you will be able to report on your customers profit-center - wise. Alternatively, you may implement FI-SL and (with some user-exits) get FI-AR/AP figures in your SL reports transferred on-line.
