10 digit bank accounts for Citibank in Ireland??
Question: Hi,
My client is trying to set up a vendor with a Citibank bank account. Apparently they have 10 digit account numbers, but the input mask for account numbers in Ireland is only 8 digits. Has anyone come across this problem before?

Hi,
Check the transaction "Set country specific checks" from the customisation, under "General Settings". There select the country Ireland and then check the field "Bank account number - length". Probably there is a restriction regarding the length of bank acc. no. Change to 10, it should work then.
