How to View Net Book Value and Lease simultaneously in sap fico

[FI-AA]How to View Net Book Value and Lease simultaneously

Question: I would like to view both Net Book Value Information and Lease Information simultaneously.

However,standard function[ex.Asset Explorer (AWO1N),Asset Balances(S_ALR_87011963)] can't this Processing.

So,I am looking for the solution method.
For Example:
Using SAP query or developing an Add-On Program which calculates 'Net book value of an asset'.

These things are guessed from investigation so far.
1.Using SAP(ABAP?) query
Although I thinks that what is necessary is just to be able to change
ADLA(stored Net Book Value Information and Lease Information) and ADLCV(stored Net Book Value Information only)
in a logical database:ADA into external combination...
2.Developing Add-On Program
-'function module' maybe to be used(FI_AA_VALUES_CALCULATE?)
-Data needed maybe stored in Structure ANLCV(BCHWRT_LFD)

In summary, I have two questions.

Q1: By using an 'SAP(ABAP?) query' this processing may be possible!?
Supposing it is right, what should it carry out?

Q2:(if Q1 is impossible)
What 'function module' is to be useful in above situation?
How to calculate "ANLCV-BCHWRT_LFD"?

Has anyone come across this situation before?
