Profit Center Standard Hierarchy

Question: We are facing a problem in connection with the Profit Center Standard Hierarchy. The Profit Center Standard Hierarchy is being displayed in IMG - Maintanin Standard Hierarchy (TCode KCH4) and user side Profit Center Group Display (KCH3) but does not appear in the user side Standard Hierarchy Change / Display (KCH5N & KCH6N).

Could this be a system bug?
