SAP Finance Reoccupation Blocks

Use

You use this function when a position should no longer be occupied. If the reoccupation block has been set in Customizing of Position Budgeting and Control, the system automatically offers the option of creating a reoccupation block when a financing is delimited.

Use

As is the case with all budget memos, reoccupation blocks can only be set for personnel budget plans with a financial year if the budget has the status proposed, released, provisionally released or under revision.

Features

The reoccupation block is a special type of budgeting rule. In the standard system, it has infotype 1509 (budgeting rules for Position Budgeting and Control) with subtype 005. It is a budgeting rule controlled by a time limit.
