Use
The Run Administrator Workbench is a tool for editing commitment runs.
The Run Administrator Workbench is also the only tool for editing messages issued during commitment creation in areas of responsibility for which the workflow was not activated in Customizing of Position Budgeting and Control.

Features
Different search helps are available in the search area, which support you in searching for the objects you want to edit. There are search helps available for commitment runs, follow-on activities, persons or positions.
The search help for the follow-on activities makes it possible to search for particular persons responsible for financing according to follow-on activities. There is also a search help that evaluates the user parameters that you have set in the application toolbar using the function User Parameters for Search. You can define the areas of responsibility for which you want to edit the follow-on activities there.
The areas of responsibility connected to the workflow are defined in Customizing of Position Budgeting and Control in the IMG activity Activate Workflow Per Area of Responsibility.
The run administrator can change the area of responsibility if they determine that the cause of an error in an object has to be processed by another person. Then the object appears in the workflow inbox of the person responsible the run administrator entered. The run administrator can also create notes for individual objects if they want to give the person responsible any additional information. Activities
To call up the Run Administrator Workbench, choose the following from the SAP Easy Access menu: Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Position Budgeting and Control ® Commitment Creation ® Administration ® Run Administrator Workbench.
